HOW TO ENTER: You may enter by completing the online sweepstakes entry form. All entries must be received by midnight EST on 12/31/08. Limit one entry per household or email address. In the event of a dispute, internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
- ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) to legal residents of the U.S., who are licensed drivers, 18 years of age or older, except for employees and advertisers(and the immediate families and members of the same household of such employees) of Shular Hospitality, its divisions, affiliates, dealers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, who may not enter. - PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing, conducted on or about 1/1/09 from among all entries received. Prize winners will be notified by email and mail. In the case of noncompliance, alternate winners may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash; however Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value due to unavailability. If a prize or prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner is responsible for all taxes (federal, state and/or local) and any other expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
