Five of the South’s Largest Festivals!!

This year Dollywood offers five of the South's largest festivals between March and December in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Each festival guarantees to offer both family entertainment and special events.

The Festival of Nations (March 21-May 5, 2008) From Ireland to Russia to Zambia to Ecuador and everywhere in between, musicians, artisans and dancers literally bring you a world of entertainment!  Over 250 international performers bring their culture to intertwine with that of the Great Smoky Mountains!  

Join your kids for a fun filled day at KidsFest (June 13-Aug. 3, 2008), the South's largest children's festival. There are majestic cats and grand illusions brought to you by "Untamed Illusions".  And don't miss the VeggieTales® Live! stage show, as well as kid friendly attractions designed not only for kids, but for kids at heart!

Like its namesake, Dolly Parton, Dollywood delivers the best in live entertainment. Enjoy country, bluegrass, Southern gospel, classic rock, and 50's music presented in their live stage shows.Hear some of the top bluegrass performers in America at one of the south's most popular music festivals, all the while savoring the tastiest barbeque at The BBQ and Bluegrass Festival (Sept. 5-28, 2008) Dollywood offers a free concert series that include some of the biggest names in bluegrass music!  Together BBQ and Bluegrass makes for a finger-lickin', toe-tappin' good time in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Southern gospel music takes center stage while master craftsmen demonstrate their skills at the National Gospel & Harvest Celebration (Oct. 3-Nov. 1, 2008) Southern gospel concerts, fantastic foods, craft fairs, artisans, and the natural beauty of the Great Smoky Smoky Mountain Christmas Explosion (Nov. 10-Dec. 30, 2007)Mountains fall colors surround you as you experience all that Dollywood and the Pigeon Forge area has to offer!
